Stephanie Hart

Stephanie brings a distinguished and multifaceted background to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in the Vail Valley, offering clients a level of expertise shaped by leadership at the highest levels of government and business. A graduate of the University of Maine, she began her career in Washington, D.C., working for the then–Senate Majority Leader of the United States. She went on to serve in key roles as a campaign manager, lobbyist, and special assistant to the Governor of Maine, later chairing his finance committee during a successful reelection campaign, and subsequently serving on the Maine Film Commission. Stephanie later founded and led a prominent fundraising firm specializing in government and political strategy.

Upon relocating to Colorado, Stephanie seamlessly transitioned her strategic acumen into real estate, where she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results. A notable early sale of a luxury log cabin led to her featured appearance on HGTV’s Log Cabin Living (“Vail Valley Cabin Hunt,” 2016), further highlighting her presence in the mountain luxury market.

Known for her discretion, market intelligence, and highly personalized service, Stephanie is committed to representing her clients with integrity, precision, and unwavering dedication. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, previously serving on the Board of Directors for the Vail Board of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, and is a dedicated volunteer with the Vail Veterans Program. She consistently ranks among the top 15% of real estate professionals in the Vail Valley. Deeply committed to giving back, Stephanie is also a passionate advocate for women impacted by domestic violence and a proud supporter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

An accomplished equestrian, Stephanie built and operated the Great Meadows Equestrian Center in Maine and competed on the A-Circuit in the Hunter/Jumper divisions. She also directed riding programs for Kents Hill School, Camp Laurel, Camp All-Star, and the Girl Scouts of Maine. Today, she embraces the mountain lifestyle, whether on the tennis court or skiing at Beaver Creek, where she was formerly a professional ski instructor. She resides in the Singletree community of Edwards with her black lab, Cash.
